Self-ImplementerGroup™ membership – an innovative way for you to “DIY a BOS in a Group”. You self-implement with the support of a peer group, faster and better than “DIY alone”.
A SIGroup is for you if are considering, planning, or already active self-implementing a BOS (Business Operating System) in your organization. This means you are in the “do-it-yourself” (DIY) category and do not plan to hire a Professional Implementer or Coach at this time.
What happens in a typical Self-ImplementerGroup(tm) Meeting?
• Peer Learning/Coaching Group – A peer group sharing and coaching experience for business owners or employees self-implementing, delivered in a live virtual meeting
• Why? Provide a “Do It Yourself, in a Group” alternative solution to “DIY, alone”
• Format: Live, interactive Zoom Meeting group meetings scheduled once per month.
• Agenda:
- Check-in and share your BOS Self-Implementing progress
- Monthly Theme on a specific Leadership or Management concept with Group Discussion
- Bring your Issues to the Group for discussion and experience sharing
- Pose questions in the Group Meeting
- Accountability option within the Group – tell us what you want
• Group Facilitator – a Certified Leadership Team Coach will facilitate each group meeting
• Content: Members must own each relevant BOS book to support self-learning and discussion.
• Cohort: Access to your Group Members in between Group Meetings for idea sharing and peer assistance.
• Membership: per-participant, month-to-month, pay as you go, as long as the member finds value.
• Membership Fee is $295 per month per person payable at the first of each month and 100% guaranteed.
